Work out Diary: May plans

V aprili nebol ziaden work out diary post, lebo som bola chorá celý mesiac ( kiahne vedia dať zabraťdospélemu).
In April there was no workout diary post, because I was sick the whole month (having chickenpox for adults is very difficult and takes long to recover from it).

Tento mesiac sa chcem pomaly vrátiť k cvičeniu a hýbaniu sa - lebo ma to jednoducho baví, a veľmi mi to chýba. Ja necvičím preto aby som chudla (nebudeme si navrávať - pekné pevné telo je dobrá odmena ).
Ešte nemôžem veľa cvičiť (HIIT,dlhé  bez prestávky behy, poprípade moje milované insanity) a navyše som stále unavená  (že vraj je to normálne a môže to trvať 1-3 mesiace po prekonaní choroby ta fajn). Takže len cvičenie čo telo dovolí a ako sa budem daný deň/ hodinu cítiť  - pilates, kalanetika a mám aj nové  dvd ballet beautiful ( cvičenia sú aj na youtube) tak som zvedavá. Poprípade nejakú jogu dáke 10 -15 minútovky,prípadne vyslovene nejaké naťahovačky .

This month I want to slowly go back to the exercise and moving around - because it's just me having fun, and really miss it. I do not practice because I want to thin and skinny (we will not navrávať - a nice solid body is a good reward).
I cann't still practice a lot (HIIT, long runs without a break, also my beloved insanity) and, moreover, I am still tired (saying this is normal and it may take 1-3 months after overcoming the disease ). So, I only exercise what the body allows and how given day / hour feel - Pilates, Kalanetics and I also have a new DVD ballet beautiful (exercises are also on YouTube) so I'm curious. Alternatively, some yoga (not long) just 10 -15 minuts or some stretching exercise.


Hlavne si nerobím, žiaden plán, ktorý chcem striktne dodržiavať - pravdepodobne by ma len traumatizoval. Som si vedomá, že budú dobré dni a rovnako aj zlé dni. Plus za mesiac človek strati dosť veľa nadobudnutej sily a kondičky, ktorú budoval poctivím a pravidelným cvičením.
 
Mainly, I do not do workout plan that I want to strictly comply with - probably would have only traumatized me . I am aware that it will be good days and bad days as well. Plus over month you lose a lot of strength and stamina what was build over year with regular exercise.

Som zvedavá koľko toho zvládnem a taktiež na testovanie ballet beautiful, lebo taký typ cvičenia moc nepoznám, tak aspoň objavím niečo nové. A potrapím svaly zas iným štýlom. Mám Total Body workout a Body blast na oboch DVD su cvičenia rozkúskované podla partií brucho, ruky , nohy, poprípade celo-telová rýchlovka a vždy sú cca 15 -20 minút. Slečna / pani vyzerá veľmi milo a privetivo a nie sú pri tom zvytočné komenty a rozpravania zo života (funny stories) ktoré Vám na 4 krát začnú celkom prekážať.

I wonder how much I can do  and also to test ballet beautiful because such type of exercise I'm not familiar , at least I discover something new. And exercise muscles with different style of torment. I have a Total Body Workout and Body Blast on  DVDs - exercise are made in parts of the abdomen, arms, legs, possibly all-Body quickie and there are always about 15 -20 minutes. Miss / Mrs looks very kindly and friendly and there are not - comment narrative of life (funny stories) that will begin at 4 times make you crazy- just exercise.
