Momentálne dosť fičím na TABATA style workout.
Celé je to založené na intervale 20-tich sekúnd intenzívneho cvičenia, nasledované 10-timi sekundami odpočinku, po ktorom prichádza opäť na sériu 20-tích sekúnd cviku, až po celkový počet ôsmich kôl. Jeden cvik robíme 4 minúty.

Now my the most prefered style of workout are TABATA style.
This is based on the interval 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest , after which comes back to a series of 20 seconds exercise, to total eight laps. One exercise we do  for 4 minutes.

Tento štýl dokáže poriadne zničiť a preto som si ho tak aj obľúbila. Potrebovala som jednoducho zmenu po toľkých dvdčkach s Bobom Harperom (strength training, cardio, body rev. cardio, joga), jillian michaels dvd ale tie sa mi zdali ľahké. Ale stále pokračulem s Body Combat ten ma baví stále nie je nad to boxovať a kopať atď. Treba uvolniť napätie.

This style of workout offers challenging exercise, that's why I like it so much. And also I need change, for long time I exercise by DVD's from Bob Harper (strength training, cardio, body revolution cardio, yoga) and also Jillian Michaels dvds (I think that they are easier than Bob's) and I still do Body Combat , boxing , kicking and punching that's my thing. Also it's great stress relief.

A práve na portáli youtube kanal Fitness Blender (vrelo odporúčam majú tam kopec skvelých videí prakticky na všetko)  som si obľúbila tieto 2 Tabata workouts na nohy.

I found a  lots of helpful videos on youtube channel Fitness Blender (you should check them out if you're interested in really good workouts and if you're also finding big variaty in workouts)
1. 60 minútové/ 60 minutes workout


2. 30 minútové je síce kratšie ale mňa zničí viac/ shorter 30 minutes workout

NO PAIN NO GAIN.
